maple chicken 'n ribs

http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/nigella-lawson/maple-chickennribs-recipe/index.html

Took all the same measurements for the marinade except I put some chinese 5 spice instead of the star anise.

Did actually 2x the marinade and split it between 2 ziplocks, - 4 chicken thighs in one, and a pound of spare ribs in the other. Marinated overnight, and then stuck everything in the oven at 400 degrees. The chicken for about 40 minutes, took it out, and the ribs for about an hour, flipped at about 35 minutes.
